Cambridge Community Foundation - Opportunity for Growth

We are seeking a skilled Development Operations Manager to support our philanthropic efforts and donor services. This full-time position plays a key role in managing and streamlining development operations, including donation intake and acknowledgment, fund holder and donor services, data management, and system processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting nonprofit organizations. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to ensure excellence in the donation process, strengthen donor relationships, and provide seamless administrative support.

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Job
  • Manage and execute donation processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness on the intake and acknowledgment of gifts.
  • Perform high-quality data entry and maintain the integrity of donor records.
  • Oversee and optimize system processes, including gift acknowledgment, tribute card distribution, and donor recognition.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of key development initiatives, including annual appeals, events, and targeted fundraising campaigns.
