About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber and Multi Trade Specialist to join our BD Group team. As a Plumber and Multi Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair work in tenanted, commercial, and void properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare walls and ceilings for plastering, painting, and decorating.
  • Install new plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
  • Respond promptly to emergency call-outs, minimising disruption to tenants.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism.

Requirements

  • A minimum qualification in Plumbing.
  • Proficient in plumbing and skilled in at least one other trade.
  • Experience in a repairs environment, with a preference for social housing experience.
  • Excellent understanding of Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
