About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Breast Care Specialist Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert care to patients with breast disease, working closely with our oncology and research teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist breast care services within the hospital and community setting, offering optimum healthcare to patients, their families, and carers.
- Manage and organize your own caseload, working alongside and supporting the lead Specialist Breast Care Nurse.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient-centered care within clearly defined guidelines and protocols.
- Provide specialist breast care education, training, and sensitive information to patients, their carers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring patient confidentiality is maintained.

Requirements:
- First-level registered nurse qualification.
