About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our developments in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Create and deliver engaging sales pitches and tours of our show homes and developments.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Utilize technology to generate sales and drive innovation in a rapidly changing market.
  • Effectively manage appointments with pre-booked customers and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our developments, including build progress and plot availability.
  • Implement the Company's customer journey and consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs / GCE including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above)
  • A Levels in any discipline
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role delivering under pressure
  • Experience in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional sales results
  • Excellent IT skills with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Proven track record of successfully completing the sales process with customers
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
  • An interest in property and the housing market
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to be flexible in respect of day-to-day duties and hours worked
  • Full driving license and access to a suitable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel to all sales sites, including regional offices
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A friendly, trustworthy, and professional attitude
  • Self-starter: ability to make good business decisions in a time-pressed environment
  • Great communication skills and proven ability to work both alone and as part of a team
  • Strong sense of ownership and desire to perform
  • Target-driven/focused attitude
