Pastoral Support Worker

In this challenging yet rewarding position as a Pastoral Learning Mentor, you will be responsible for shaping futures and promoting positive outcomes for students in Tower Hamlets.
Responsibilities Include:- Building Relationships: Foster trust and rapport with students to support their social, emotional, and academic progress.
- Behavioral Support: Collaborate with teachers to implement effective strategies for managing student behavior.
- Assisting Transitions: Ensure students transition efficiently between lessons, maintaining punctuality and readiness.
- Cross-Agency Collaboration: Work effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address individual student needs.
- A deep understanding of the importance of supporting young people's well-being.
- Experience working with students, ideally in a pastoral or educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
