Job Title: Senior Internal Sales - Accessible Washrooms

Job Summary:

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Sales professional to join our team. As a Senior Internal Sales - Accessible Washrooms, you will be responsible for selling our clients' manufactured range of functional and practical adapted bathroom equipment and accessories to main contractors, merchants, and buying groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including main contractors, merchants, and buying groups.
  • Sell our clients' adapted bathroom equipment and accessories, including grab rails, showering, and accessible washroom equipment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on current projects, including project sizes, timelines, and client requirements.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including leads added, opportunities won, calls, and appointments arranged.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction sales and business development.
  • Experience selling into new build hotels or new build commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of technology and its applications in sales.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a small company environment.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • IT literate.
