Job Title: Trackside Strategy Engineer

Location: UK
Reports To: Director of Engineering or Designee

Position Overview:

The Trackside Strategy Support Engineer plays a critical role in enhancing team performance at FIA Formula 1 Championship races and select test events. This position involves close collaboration with various departments to provide strategic support and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Provide real-time support and analysis during racing events
  • Contribute to the development of performance-enhancing strategies
  • Work closely with the Director of Engineering to ensure alignment with overall team goals
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to drive team performance.
