We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic/Web Designer to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and leading a team of designers and photographers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and execute design plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and campaigns that meet business objectives.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to junior designers and photographers to develop their skills and expertise.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 3-4+ years of experience in web and graphics design, preferably in fashion industry.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
