Job Title: Head of S&OP

The Head of S&OP is a strategic leader responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process that aligns with the company's business strategy and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the S&OP process to develop a consensus demand plan, inventory strategy, and capacity plan for a portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer requirements.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and maturity of the S&OP process, resulting in better asset utilization and reliable data for Capex decisions.
  • Experience in project management, including leading global cross-functional projects, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Responsible for verifying, maintaining, and updating item master data and managing data supply chain.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, including process standardization, systems automation, and streamlining of workflows.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics for the S&OP process, including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and lead time.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in S&OP process development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
