**Job Title:** Bench Hand Joiner
**Salary Range:** £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
At Optima UK Inc Ltd, we are currently recruiting for skilled Bench Hand Joiners to join our team in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end commercial bespoke joinery projects.
We are looking for individuals with experience working with furniture or bespoke joinery, particularly with MDF & Laminates. As a Bench Hand Joiner, you will be responsible for reading technical drawings, comprising cutting lists, and assembling furniture using hand and power tools. Your attention to detail and ability to work safely are essential qualities for this role.
- Experience working with furniture or bespoke joinery - Desirable
- Experience working with MDF & Laminates - Essential
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Ability to comprise, read and interpret cutting lists
- Assembly of furniture
- Use of hand and power tools
- Fill sand and finish wooden products
- Work in a safe manner, adhering to company procedures
- Good communications skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic
