About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Audio Strategic Growth Lead to join our team and drive audio product growth strategy in worldwide premium markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering rapid business growth, with expertise in sales distribution, retail, marketing, and a deep understanding of the audio industry.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including regional business, GTM, marketing, product, and analytics, to optimize performance and achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies specifically for North America and EU markets to increase the presence and market share of our audio products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and understand competitive landscapes within the US and EU markets.
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new key partnership opportunities across multiple verticals.
  • Distribution Strategy & Implementation: Identify the distribution strategy for worldwide premium markets, and establish those relationships and placements with regional teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of audio growth initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the VP Growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional business, GTM, product, marketing, and analytics teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for audio growth initiatives, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and implement innovative growth tactics suited to worldwide premium markets.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
