Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Nights)

MDE Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Nights) to join our team on a permanent night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and fault finding on advanced industrial machinery, including Injection Moulding machines and assembly lines.
  • Carry out predictive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and reduce the risk of breakdowns.
  • Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot PLC and drive systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
  • Utilize the company's CMMS system for managing maintenance tasks and resources.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Production Line or FMCG environment.
  • Knowledge in PLC fault finding.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legislative standards, including OHSE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Electrical qualifications or hands-on experience required.
