As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and providing expert advice on residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers. You will work closely with our estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.

• Deliver industry-leading levels of client care and service
• Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers
• Work with and provide feedback to the residential team on progress to leads

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Banking or financial background preferred but not essential
• Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives)
• Positive and resilient attitude
• Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals
• Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Numerate and detail-conscious

• Competitive basic salary with OTE: £40K-£80K
