Teaching Personnel is seeking an exceptional individual to fill a full-time Vulnerable Pupil Advocate position in a Specialist School environment. This role presents an incredible opportunity for a career change and a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable young learners.

This Vulnerable Pupil Advocate will provide essential support to students who have experienced significant trauma, fostering a supportive learning environment through consistent and long-term commitment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with students who have well-being and behavioral needs, coupled with a compassionate approach and adaptability to meet diverse student requirements.

The daily rate for this position is £83.85, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. As a member of our team, you can expect a personal consultant to assist with your career transition, Level 2 Safeguarding training, access to CPD courses, and support with DBS and EWC applications.
