Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the electrical maintenance function within our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the electrical maintenance function: Oversee the maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Lead a team: Supervise and mentor a team of electrical maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans: Create and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and facilities, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and report performance: Track and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering: Must hold a recognized qualification in electrical engineering.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance management: Demonstrated experience in managing electrical maintenance functions within a business.
