Teaching and Coaching Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Secondary School Physical Education Educator and Coach to join our team at Philosophy Education's New Malden academy. As a key member of our PE department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physical education lessons and coaching activities to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Your expertise will help us achieve our goal of improving students' health and wellbeing while promoting physical competence and a lifelong approach to fitness.

About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging physical education lessons, as well as leading coaching activities that cater to different age groups and abilities. We are looking for someone with extensive teaching and coaching experience, as well as excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for physical education. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development across the academy trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality physical education lessons and coaching activities
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of education provided by the academy

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
- Extensive teaching and coaching experience in physical education
