- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a small team of production staff, setting expectations and targets for production performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is manufactured to the highest standards of quality achievable.
- Commercial Awareness: Maintain all commercial aspects of the business, including managing labour capacity against workload.
- Reporting: Provide key production information that supports the financial targets of the site.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in print/packaging finishing at a managerial level, with a good working knowledge of BRC High Hygiene requirements. Strong knowledge of folding carton manufacturing and associated processes is highly beneficial.
