Event Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Event Portfolio Manager to deliver an ambitious events portfolio for the Royal College of Physicians. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting colleagues, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the successful delivery of events and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall event portfolio, including large-scale conferences
  • Oversee the planning process for college, governance, and membership events
  • Manage event budgets and ensure successful financial management of an extensive events programme
  • Network within a professional environment and develop marketing and publicity strategies for events
