We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Eyecare Expert at Specsavers.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced opticians and other sales professionals to provide the highest level of customer care and deliver excellent sales results.

As a Sales Associate - Eyecare Expert, your main responsibilities will include welcoming customers into store, booking eye tests, pre-screening patients, providing style advice, measuring frames, taking phone calls, and working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

Our trainee roles at Specsavers are not ordinary sales positions – you will join the team as an Optical Assistant bringing your valued retail & customer service knowledge to meet the caring values and optical expertise of our brand, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers into store
  • Booking in eye tests
  • Pre-screening patients
  • Providing style advice
  • Measuring frames
  • Taking phone calls

Salary: £64 per hour (depending on age)

Working hours: Weekends only (Saturday and/or Sunday)
