Telesales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team at Telecom Acquisitions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling warm calls to UK estate agents, providing excellent product knowledge, and securing the closure of broadband and household utilities.
Key Responsibilities- Handle on average 90 warm calls a day on behalf of UK estate agents.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent product knowledge to secure the closure of broadband and household utilities.
- Identify the correct lead provider and ensure they are being taken through the appropriate journey, matching suitable products.
- Deliver and provide excellent customer service and sales knowledge.
- Offer a variety of well-known, popular household names such as SKY, Virgin, Talk Talk, and many others.
- Manage your own KPIs and targets.
- Work as part of a team.
