LCV Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and qualified LCV Technician to join our team based in Welham Green. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality, safe, and compliant maintenance on vehicles
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Identify and replace worn and faulty components in accordance with DVSA standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via email, telephone, and face-to-face
  • Complete administrative tasks, including customer documentation, within agreed timeframes
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
  • Perform wheel alignment, tyre fitting, and diagnostic and service repairs
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Repair and Maintenance (NVQ, City and Guilds, or IMI)
  • Current and full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes
  • Practical experience in a workshop environment
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
