Job Description

Job Title: Flow Room Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Flow Room Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of systems and products across designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the on-site operations team to optimize system and product flow
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of systems, reporting any faults and prioritizing waves in line with the daily plan
  • Analyze data in real-time, capturing data from our systems into trackers and monitoring forecasts
  • Investigate and communicate risks and missed targets to the lead technician

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a data or analytics role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced automated environment
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
