We are seeking a qualified Bus Driver to join our team at the Cardiff depot of Adventure Travel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on our bus services.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Bus Services: Drive our buses on designated routes, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for our passengers.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to passenger queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain Vehicle Safety: Regularly inspect and maintain the buses to ensure they are in good working condition, adhering to all relevant safety regulations.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work effectively with other drivers, dispatchers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
- Valid PCV Licence: Hold a valid PCV licence and have a good understanding of road safety regulations.
- Driver CPC: Possess a valid Driver CPC and be committed to ongoing training and professional development.
- Driving Experience: Have at least two years of driving experience, preferably in a bus or coach environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
