About the Role

As a Supply Chain Intern at Eurostar International, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international supply chain environment. You will work alongside industry experts and develop skills in logistics, demand planning, and supplier relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planners in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available.
  • Assist the planner in preparing and presenting regular reports on key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, supplier performance, and logistics efficiency, to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the planner on various ad hoc projects within the supply chain function, contributing to process improvements, system implementations, or strategic initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the supply chain team, including creating purchase orders and receipting, and entering system data.
  • Manage and coordinate on various projects and evolve in an international and multicultural environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn within a collaborative team environment.
  • Willing to travel between London, Paris, and Brussels to support our operations.
