We are seeking a Compliance Manager to support two main areas: managing the Compliance framework and leading our Anti-Bribery programme.

Compliance Framework:
  • Manage Vodafone Business's Policy governance, including the Policy portal.
  • Oversee the rollout of mandatory training and monitor completion.
  • Establish strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with the Vodafone Business Head of Legal and Compliance.
  • Collaborate with the control testing team to develop a control testing plan and report results.
Anti-Bribery Programme:
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing advice and guidance on Anti-bribery matters.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the Anti-bribery programme across Vodafone Business.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide regular reports on bribery-related risks.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to drive Anti-bribery programme implementation.
