Job Title: Senior Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Coordinator to join our team at Turner & Townsend.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced programme coordinator to join our dynamic team in Scotland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively. They will also have a strong understanding of programme management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the delivery of high-profile projects and programmes, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations
  • Providing administrative support to project managers, including data entry, reporting, and document preparation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement, with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction, or real estate
  • At least 2 years' experience in programme coordination, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of programme management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, with a base salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
