Job Title: Senior Publicist - Television

Premier PR is seeking a highly experienced Senior Publicist to join our Television team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading PR campaigns across top UK and international releases.

We are a leading specialist communications agency for entertainment, arts, and culture, with over 20 years of experience in film, television, events, and more. Our team collaborates with a wide range of production companies, writers, directors, broadcasters, and distributors on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and lead PR campaigns to achieve agreed briefs.
  • Draft and distribute press releases as required.
  • Compile talent schedules and liaise with talent representatives.
  • Organize and manage press briefings, set visits, and launches.
  • Develop creative and inspiring campaign proposals across traditional and digital media.
  • Maintain and develop excellent television, showbiz, news, features, and trade contacts across all media outlets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure the team adapts to them.
  • Provide accurate information for contracting and accounts procedures in a timely manner.
  • Direct, motivate, and encourage the client account handling team.
  • Oversee client budgets.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of television publicity experience.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively and flexibly.
  • A good track record in communicating well with a wide range of people.
  • Excellent writing skills.
