About the Site Manager Role
The company specialises in delivering planned refurbishment contracts across the region, particularly within the retrofit/decarbonisation sector to tenanted properties with work including - Air Source Heat Pump installation, Insulated Wall Insulation, External Wall Insulation, Re-roofing, Solar PV installation, etc.
Responsibilities for the role of Site Manager:
- Managing a site team including Tradesmen, Subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officers, ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
- Monitoring health and safety on site
- Attending progress meetings, client meetings
- Liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements
