We are seeking a highly skilled Dispensing Optician to join our team at Specsavers Harlow. As a key member of the store's optical department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to both customers and colleagues.

Estimated Salary:£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

Liaise with our Optometrists to ensure that each customer receives an efficient, quality handover.

Manage aftersales service (including complaints and problem solving).

Working Hours: Full-time or part-time considered – some weekend work required.

Required Qualifications: Will consider experienced or newly qualified dispensing opticians.
