Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GMP Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, supporting their recruitment efforts and contributing to the success of their sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full portfolio of account management services, including pricing, margin considerations, and managing orders. They will also be expected to follow up on quotations and manage the sales pipeline.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in B2B telesales, with a background in sales support, sales administration, and customer services. Experience with building products, construction materials, or technical/manufactured products would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and office-based skills, including proficiency in Microsoft / Opera and CRM software. They will be confident in their ability to communicate effectively via phone and email, and will have a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
This is a full-time, permanent contract position, located in Kidderminster. The salary is up to £27K, pending experience, plus excellent company benefits.
