Job Opportunity: Data Transformation Director


Orbition Group, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced Data Transformation Director to join their Client Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with like-minded individuals and contribute to the development and delivery of innovative solutions that help clients understand the value of data and its impact on their strategic goals.


The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients and the internal team to develop and deliver high-value services, adopting an analytical and creative mindset to deliver innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of programmes of work across a portfolio of clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-value services to clients
  • Collaborate with clients and the internal team to drive business growth and success
  • Lead the delivery of complex digital or data transformation programmes, covering the full lifecycle from vision and strategy to transition to business as usual
  • Develop and implement data strategy, data governance, data quality, and data management solutions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a consulting role, with a focus on digital asset management, financial planning and analysis, or similar
  • ESG/Integrated Reporting or Economics background
  • Experience in a seller/deliverer role, with a track record of acting as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Strong understanding of data strategy, data governance, data quality, and data management
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex programmes and deliver results
