We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Civils Project Manager to join our team at Lionsgate Contractors. As a key member of our heavy civils division, you will be responsible for leading teams of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Oversee the preparation of bill of quantities, budgets, and cost estimates for heavy civils projects
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure accurate measurement of works on site and timely submission of monthly valuations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve business objectives

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent role in the heavy civils industry
  • Familiarity with New Engineering Contracts (NEC) and other industry-standard contracts
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best

Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is £55,000, plus a company car and comprehensive benefits package.
