Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at YesCare Health in Birmingham, Alabama. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our correctional healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their health needs and develop effective care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a LPN in the state of Alabama.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced correctional healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
