About the Role

This role will focus on Product Information Management services as a critical function in day-to-day martech operations. As a Product Information Management Specialist, you will lead PIM support workstreams for 19 brands across divisions for the client. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, enriching, and quality-assuring product information across brands
  • Confirming and maintaining e-commerce field requirements
  • Collating and escalating feedback to division teams
  • Onboarding and upskilling brand/market teams
  • Sharing industry best practices
  • Adding value at every level of client engagement

This is a client-facing role requiring a highly confident individual who will operate as the main point of contact for product data completion and quality queries, acting as a bridge between division and brand levels to drive data standards and adherence to divisional field requirements.

Responsibilities

As a Product Information Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring ICP operates on a solid foundation by building strong client relationships and supporting their objectives
  • Building a good understanding of clients' business issues, industry, competitors, and brands
  • Building rapport and trust with others at all levels within ICP
  • Operating on industry best practice and delivering value and excellence at every stage
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of martech, digital advertising, DAM, PIM, etc.
  • Working with team members to generate new ideas and evolve and enhance existing programs
  • Working with team members to problem-solve and consult with account leadership as required
  • Developing a solid understanding of client campaign and production needs
  • Driving development of work at all stages to ensure that it meets and exceeds client expectations
  • Line managing a team of 2 in Mumbai
  • Hosting single or group training sessions with stakeholders and users, as requested by client
  • Generating and providing reports to program team and stakeholders
  • Supporting the PIM market model across its channels, workflows, and processes
  • Main point of contact for support and engagement with clients and stakeholders
  • Leading and conducting product data review, cleansing, enrichment, and validation
  • Executing strategies and best practices 'icp' recommends to clients
  • Onboarding and upskilling brand and market teams
  • Aligning channels and templates to meet the requirements needed
  • Leading team meetings, identifying and addressing possible queries raised or escalating when appropriate
  • Leading and ensuring execution of established account process across team
  • Fostering a culture of expertise and operational excellence
  • Strategically consulting on the development of deliverables at all stages to ensure that it meets and exceeds client expectations, identifying opportunities and better WoW with your clients and for the business
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of industry experience in media, digital asset management, administration roles, digital librarian sciences, or archives
  • 2-4 years of experience using a digital asset management system or other tech system such as a digital library, CMS, PIM, or CRM (preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience or interest in the beauty industry
  • College degree (preferred)
