Senior Surveyor Role

Oxbury & Company is seeking a skilled Senior Surveyor to join our team. As an experienced Project Manager or Employers Agent, you will have a strong project management background and be able to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a Construction Management or Quantity Surveying degree and significant experience in the commercial/industrial and residential sectors. They will also have experience in traditional, design and build, and contract administration.
The salary for this position is £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a car allowance, non-contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, and enhanced sick/maternity/paternity pay.
Job Requirements:
- Deliver high-quality project management and employers agent services to clients across various sectors.
- Provide day-to-day management of several projects, including responsibility for project delivery, achieving targets, resolving issues with clients, and invoicing.
- Work as part of an Associate Director-led team with appropriate administrative and technical support.
