Trainee Estate Agent
Your Move in North Hykeham is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator, you will:
- Register customers and carry out property matches for both sales and lettings properties
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross-sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, as a minimum, you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In return, we offer:
- On-target earnings (OTE) pay £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience
- 6 months guaranteed commission pay
- 5-day working week, to include Saturdays on a rota

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office-based.
