Job Description:

PW Construction is looking for an experienced M&E Estimator to join their team in Sittingbourne. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of estimating and costing M&E services for commercial, healthcare, education and MOD projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and cost M&E services for tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing expert advice on M&E installation costs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and estimators to deliver high-quality estimates and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an M&E Estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of M&E installation costs, including labor, materials and plant hire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
