Job Description: Technical Sales Specialist

Our client, a specialist in injection moulding, requires a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing business relationships, as well as acquiring new customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Provide project management support to clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the plastics or injection moulding industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Familiarity with the UK market and the ability to travel extensively.
Working Environment:

The role is hybrid, based in Leicester, with occasional office work required.

Estimated Salary:

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
