About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work services to children and families, including conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to improve wellbeing outcomes. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of social work principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the complex needs of children and families.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and professionals to facilitate collaborative working and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice in social work.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A recognised qualification in social work (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, BA Hons in Social Work).
  • Significant experience of working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
