Job Title: Registered General Nurse

Orchid Healthcare is seeking a qualified Registered General Nurse to join our team in a reputable nursing home in Seaford. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our elderly residents.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to work in a small, CQC-rated Good nursing home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elderly care and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, assess, deliver, and evaluate individual care for residents
  • Organize and motivate carers to ensure high standards of care are maintained
  • Assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate drug records and provide high standards of medical or palliative care
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC PIN and RGN qualification
  • Minimum 6 months' nursing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for elderly care and dedication to providing high-quality care
