Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving targets in FMCG sales or retail buying. Key responsibilities include managing 20 regional grocery groups with influence over 500 stores with major retailers, prioritizing and managing coverage of key accounts and stores to maximize growth opportunities, and establishing effective joint working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and market share
* Identify and prioritize opportunities for new product listings and increased distribution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing objectives
* Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform business decisions
* Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and progress against goals

Requirements:
* Proven sales skills and experience in FMCG sales or retail buying
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
