Job Title: Teaching Assistant SEND Pathway Apprenticeship

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant SEND Pathway Apprenticeship. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and gain valuable experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and evaluation
  • Support pupils with their learning, including those with complex needs
  • Contribute to the development of individualized learning plans
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment
  • Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with children and young people with SEND
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills
