The Role:

You will work as part of a well-established team providing residents with daily support to complete a range of tasks and activities within the residential service and out in the community. Duties will include supporting those with life-limiting disorders and supporting individuals with end-of-life care. You will also have the full support of a team of multi-disciplinary professionals for advice and guidance when needed.

Key Requirements:

• Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
• Minimum 6 months experience of working within a social care setting in the UK
• Driver with own vehicle desirable
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to obtain one
• The right to work in the UK
