About the Role:

FMH Conveyors, a member of the Duravant family of operating companies, designs and manufactures products and services for truck loading and unloading applications. Our company is known worldwide for durability and reliability in material handling applications.

This role will install our range of FMH conveyor products at customer sites, carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs, train customers on equipment use, and train customer technicians on service and maintenance. The role involves travel to UK and international locations, with occasional longer stays depending on workload.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain all FMH conveyors range of products at customer sites.
  • Travel to customer sites to maintain other products within the Duravant Group whenever necessary.
  • Train customers on equipment use.
  • Train customer technicians on service and maintenance of equipment.
  • Carry out all jobs safely, adhering to Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments.
  • Complete detailed site work reports upon job completion.
  • Evaluate compliance with associated standards.
  • Submit expenses according to company procedures.
  • Maintain time records for work, travel, and other activities.
  • Exemplify Duravant Core Values.

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance and installation.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Full driving licence.
