Frontline Attendance Support Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to support young people in accessing and engaging with further education.
As a key member of our Safeguarding and Wellbeing team, you will be responsible for supporting learners to achieve and maintain high levels of attendance.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve attendance and engagement
- Working closely with learners, teachers, and other stakeholders to identify and address barriers to attendance
- Providing support and guidance to learners to help them access learning and develop strong relationships with their teachers
