Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Financial Conduct Authority Compliance Expert to join our team as a Senior Compliance Monitoring Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert regulatory oversight across Equifax, focusing on compliance with FCA requirements.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders, to ensure that the company is operating in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This will involve providing constructive challenge and advice as necessary, conducting regular monitoring activities, and identifying risks and developing effective solutions to mitigate them.
