About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Marston's PLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our culinary strategy, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency across all our pubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Collaborate with our General Manager and wider team to drive business growth and success
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, maintaining profitability and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement
