Office Manager Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administration tasks and facilities management
  • Oversee accounting processes, including purchase invoices, sales invoices, and account reconciliation
  • Prepare documentation for client review meetings and maintain compliance calendar
  • Liaise with external suppliers and manage recycling, waste disposal, and shredding
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of the Independent Financial Advisor/Financial Services industry advantageous
