Multi Skilled Horticultural Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Horticultural Technician to join our team in the Winchester area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' floral displays and hanging baskets, ensuring they are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and install floral displays and hanging baskets, ensuring they are clean, watered, and trimmed as necessary.
  • Work on both interior and exterior projects, using your skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Assist with new installations, gardening, and plant maintenance, working at height when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service, promoting our core values and showcasing your skills and professionalism.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of between £25,000 and £26,500, plus a £500 performance bonus.
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday time after 6 months of service.

Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license, held for at least 12 months, with less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years.
  • Preferred qualifications include PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC.
  • A trailer license can be beneficial, but is not essential.
