The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team in Asia. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of our most exciting events, including Design Shanghai and Design Shenzhen.

Design Shanghai has become one of the biggest design shows in the world, and we are looking for someone who can help us build on this success. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our brand

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience working in a sales environment, preferably within the design or events industry
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency in Italian is desirable, but not essential

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
